Emotions can't be trusted
When they are constantly waging war
against reason
But when i let my thoughts astray
they grab you like a child's embrace
Seeking
Surrendering-
A world of tranquility you carry
on your shoulders
The way dawn basks largeness
of the ocean
Allowing borders to blur
and distances to mitigate
through words unspoken
and bodies unfelt.

After a very long time a poem from the depth of ocean.
ReplyDeletePRECIOUS ,scintillating and still some words left behind like abandoned children.
This was very nice, like dry autumn leaves blowing in the wind - dry because it was very direct and autumn because it was tinged with melancholy, but very well written! I like :)
